Miciah Mueller

I am originally from Lakeville, Minnesota, which is just south of the Twin Cities. When I was young, my uncle took me hunting for deer, pheasants and turkeys.

After attending Bemidji State University, I moved to Aberdeen to join family living here.  I enjoy hunting and fishing pretty much everything!

For several years I attended taxidermy competitions and have recently started competing. I currently serve on the Board of Directors of The South Dakota Taxidermy Association and was honored to receive the Distinguished Service Award for my contributions to the art of taxidermy.

November 2024 is my 5-year anniversary of working full-time at Showpiece Taxidermy.
